Research & prepare a tri-fold board/poster board advertising the benefits of living in 1 of the 13 colonies. Hold a colonial fair where students get to view the exhibits & vote on their favorite one. The tri-fold board should contain the founder, reason for settlement, economy, major ethnicities & religions, and benefits.
